About King Poke
Our founder, Kotaro Nishina, spent years perfecting his craft as a sushi chef. In 2015, he decided to use his knowledge and expertise to open King Poke. Here, we combine the traditional Hawaiian dish poke with Kotaroβs Japanese roots, and we do things a little differently than most places. All of our sauces and toppings are house-made, including our hotsauce, our chili oil, and the fried onions and garlic that top our bowls. And you get to choose from all these house-made ingredients to build your own bowl. Then, we freshly prepare it for you right here. That way you get to enjoy the bold, tasty flavors the way they are meant to be. And, with our delivery options, we can even bring your order right to you.

King Poke is the best I've ever eaten. Only problem is: once you've eaten their freshly prepared, top drawer poke, everyone else's SUCKS!

Hands down the best poke in town. Their spicy bowl is the beat I'd ever had anywhere on the planet.

The poke was really tasty, super fresh, and the portion size was great. Definitely recommend!

It's been a few years since I last ate here, but I'd say the quality and portion sizes have gone downhill. I might be wrong, but I remember the California Bowl including diced avocado in it. I ordered it today and found out that it not only doesn't include avocado, but the California rolls that serve as the base are far smaller, poorly constructed, and basically just imitation crab meat inside a thin layer of seaweed and thin layer of rice. Years ago, this bowl would easily fill you up. Today though, I paid just under $30 for a small container that wasn't the least bit filling. AND, I paid for extra salmon. What used to be flavorful and layered with textures and aromas is now just a spoonful of a half-hearted attempt to mimic yesterday's quality. Disappointed is an understatement.
